On 5 October 2026, GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan inspected the alignment of a 4.3-km, six-lane, two-way elevated corridor linking Jubilee Hills checkpost with NFCL Junction, which replaces an earlier plan for seven separate flyovers and underpasses around KBR Park.
