On Hindi Diwas, 14 September 2026, Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the 6th Akhil Bharatiya Rajbhasha Sammelan (14–15 September) in Navi Mumbai, organised by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs. On the same day, the Supreme Court of India launched 'Jan Soochna Seva', a Hindi-language public information service on its judgments.
