This policy applies to purchases made on PrepShark, which is operated by Skill Shark EduTech Pvt Ltd. You can buy two kinds of pass, and this policy covers both:
- Radar Plus, full access to the Current Affairs Radar for one region (All India, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh), including that region's monthly compilations. Each region is a separate pass.
- Capsule Plus, full access to every chapter capsule in one subject, with its flashcards and MCQs. Each subject is a separate pass.
What a pass is
A pass is a one-time payment for a fixed period of access. The period and the price are shown before you pay. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
No pass renews automatically or charges you again, so there is nothing to cancel: a pass simply ends on its expiry date. If you buy the same pass again while it is active, the new period is added after your current paid access.
Refunds
A pass is a digital service that is delivered immediately, so payments are not refundable, except in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You were charged, but the pass was not added to your account and we cannot fix it.
- A technical fault on our side stops you from using the pass and we cannot resolve it.
Please tell us within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for not using the pass, or for access you have already had.
Payments that did not go through
If money left your account but the payment did not complete, it is normally returned to you automatically by your bank or our payment provider, Razorpay, without any request from you. If you do not see it back within 7 business days, write to us.
How to ask for a refund
Message us from Help & support in PrepShark (Get support), or write to support@prepshark.in from the email address on your PrepShark account. Include the date, the amount, and the payment or order reference from your payment confirmation; in Help & support you can attach the receipt as a PDF or a screenshot. We will reply within 3 business days.
How refunds are paid
An approved refund is paid back to the original payment method. It usually reaches you within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
What a refund changes
- A full refund ends the access that payment gave you. Any other pass you bought, and any complimentary access, is not affected.
- If only part of a payment is refunded, your pass stays active.
- A coupon used on a refunded purchase counts as used and cannot be used again.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
